So we felt it was essential to the business that we achieved ISO 9001 certification and we have been accredited for our Quality Management System. Some companies can take up to 3 years or more to gain accreditation; Fifosys have managed to achieve ISO 9001 accreditation in just 6 months.

The ISO 9001 standard is a set of quality practices that ensures the use of effective processes that are consistently monitored and continually improved. To gain ISO 9001 accreditation, Fifosys were audited by an independent external evaluator to ensure all our internal processes, for delivering an outstanding service to our clients, were in place, correct and being followed.
