This morning at about 9.30 we experienced a power failure in West Hampstead … However due to forward planning this was not the disaster it could have been. When the building was acquired Mitesh decided to have two separate power supplies in the building … This meant that we still had some electricity when the power failure struck and our Support Desk was able to continue working as normal with no interruption of service to our clients. 

The power was eventually retired at 11.45am! … If we had not had the 2 separate fuse boards we would not have been able to operate for over an hour. It just shows how valuable forward planning and a good Business Continuity plan are in this and any industry.
