Proactive Maintenance

 

At Fifosys, we have built an advanced in-house software tool to proactively monitor your IT infrastructure. So, any element of your IT is not performing, the likelihood is that we'll have diagnosed it and fixed the problem before any of your users are aware.

We monitor all your infrastructure devices, including servers, routers, firewalls and switches, checking for hardware failures or signs that a hardware failure may be imminent. Among many potential issues, our software looks for low disc space, anti-virus guards that have not updated, data backups that have not been successful and core services that have stopped running.

The software is then configured to fix these issues automatically where possible: core services will be re-started, updates will be installed and patches applied. Where the automatic processes aren't appropriate, we will log in to your systems to make changes, visit the premises as required or notify you of system upgrades that are needed.

Finally, our proactive approach to maintenance means that if any issue occurs at one client site, we check all our other client sites where there is a similar device installed or set up configured. Transferring learnings from one client to another is a key benefit delivered to businesses who outsource their IT to Fifosys.
