Effective reporting helps business see how their IT is performing and how those managing their IT are performing. At Fifosys, our systems send out monthly reports and combined with regular account management updates will give you clear visibility over your infrastructure.
Our comprehensive reports show a summary of the incidents logged with the service desk. This is split into service requests (to add users or asking how to use a piece of software) and support requests where there is a failure of IT to perform.
We highlight calls of note, such as those that took more than one hour to resolve, and we can highlight users, software or hardware that took a disproportionate amount of time; so, for example, if one user logs 20 calls regarding excel, we might look to provide them with some training on that particular tool; or if a laptop kept breaking, we might suggest it was time to purchase a new machine.
The report will also show any devices causing issues to the network environment, the data backup status to confirm it has been a success, the number of spam emails and viruses intercepted and the space available on data drives, along with trend analysis where appropriate. This will help inform you of potential areas requiring investment and help with budget planning.
