To overlook the applications needed to run your business is to miss out the key part of the IT set up and Fifosys can offer many software packages as a service – our SaaS (software as a service) model means that applications which would previously have required significant investment in terms of licences, hardware and installation can be purchased on a per-user-per-month basis. In other words, when it comes to applications, you only pay for what you use.
The Fifosys suite of applications brings together industry-leading tools in a wide variety of functional areas, from the Microsoft Office suite of tools through to complex accounting packages. It includes the following software:
- For day-to-day work, the Microsoft Office package can be provided for both Mac and Windows PCs.
- For email management, we offer a hosted MS Exchange service and hosted BlackBerry Service.
- Anti-virus and anti-spam software to protect your IT systems
- Remote access software from Citrix and Microsoft
- Accounting and CRM software from Microsoft Dynamics
Clients can take some or all of these applications, we host and fully support.
In addition to this suite of applications, Fifosys has the design and software development skills to build and manage your website, from simple brochure sites through to complex transactional e-commerce portals.
