Using best of breed remote monitoring and management technologies, we keep the need for on-site intervention to a minimum.
When routine maintenance or updating of your system is required, whether done by us or for a third party application, it will be managed out of hours, to avoid disruption.
Fifosys currently supports approximately 200 servers, with a huge amount of back-up space, far more than we need for quite some time. Once you've confirmed a Back-up Selection Form to account for your data selection, it will be centralised and then backed up on a daily basis. Monitoring ensures this is 100% successful.
We'll agree a maintenance time allowance with you, based on the number of devices and daily checks involved. This will include both remote and on-site maintenance (so we have a mutual interest in getting things right) and will be accounted for through regular maintenance reports. Our rigorous reporting system allows both parties to keep watch on your actual time usage, to make sure your allowance stays in line with the changing demands of your business.
If you wish, we can also take responsibility for applications or services provided by third party suppliers.
