First things first
Once your Network Audit is complete, we prepare a Network Administration Document for you, which lists:
- All units to be supported
- Configuration details
- System tags
- User details
- Supplier details
This information is also entered into our Service Desk Management System, for ready availability, and will be continually updated.
Keeping things safe
To secure your data network, we employ the latest industry practises, including:
- Firewall policy management
- Internet filtering
- Desktop management
- Server data security
- Lockdown of publicly accessible workstations
- Penetration and vulnerability testing
The importance of communication
If we’re to work to maximum effect, we have to work together. So we have several processes in place to enable this.
- The IT Officer - in consultation with you, a member of your staff is appointed
to be the primary link between you and us. This person doesn’t need to be technically-minded but must be a good communicator across all levels of your organisation.
- Remote access - allows us to keep a constant eye on your system and you to keep a check on how we’re performing.
- User training - helping your people to get the most from your IT and from us.
- 6-monthly formal review meetings - to review progress, plan ahead and make sure we keep developing the support you need to manage and grow your business.
