Our Service Desk is dedicated to giving you easy access to our full range of expertise, resources and reporting, and ensuring that we keep track of every aspect of our service.
Firstly, there are real, live people (yes, sitting in a real office, here in London!),
who pick up the phone when you call, and answer your e-mails.
Our people are not call centre operators, but highly qualified engineers,
fully capable of dealing with your enquiry themselves or knowing exactly
where to direct it if more specific expertise is required.
They’ll be responsible for tracking your enquiry to the right resolution.
And then there’s the Service Desk Management System, a sophisticated
in-house application, developed by us, which makes all the details
of your IT infrastructure and the service we provide available
for instant reference, by you or us.
