The Fifosys Story - so far.
Founded by Mitesh Patel over two decades ago, Fifosys provide IT support and strategy services for businesses in the UK.
In that time, our own business has grown substantially, as we have increased our customer base while retaining many of these as long-term clients and partners.

Fifosys was created to provide IT support and IT strategy services to businesses in London and the southeast of England.
// 2007
Opened first-generation cloud platform
We recognised that adopting the latest technology has the potential to help businesses to succeed and achieve strategic objectives. So, in 2007, we opened our first-generation cloud platform and this occurred prior to 'the cloud' becoming recognised as a mainstream concept.

Second Generation
We followed this up in 2009 with our second-generation cloud platform.

Acquires Octvaia IT
Then, to grow the company, we acquired Octavia IT. This created one of the largest IT Outsourcing businesses servicing the SME market in London.

Dual Site Platform
The third-generation dual-site platform was launched in 2011.

First Office 365 System
As a managed service provider, we often work with businesses to help implement new ideas. In 2012, we implemented our first Office 365 solution and deployment of this product line is now a major part of the IT support we offer.

Achieved our ISO 27001 Accreditation
We achieved our ISO 27001 accreditation in 2013 and have maintained it since, highlighting our on-going dedication to data security and compliance.

Service Provider in the EMEA Region
Then, in 2015, we became the first managed service provider in the EMEA region to become a Datto Elite partner, and this has allowed us to leverage Datto's products for IT strategy.

Cyber Essentials Plus Certification
In 2018, Fifosys achieved the highest level of certification offered under the Cyber Essentials scheme

Acquires Foration IT
This acquisition, completed in 2019, gave us broader access to the London market.

Acquires Enforce Technology
The acquisition of the Birmingham-based MSP marks our first move outside of London, as we sought to expand our UK coverage.
